For years, I held it all together. The strong one, the go-to, the one who kept moving no matter how heavy things got. But behind the high-functioning hustle was burnout, emotional fatigue, and a deep disconnection from myself.

I didn’t need another quick fix.
I needed someone to truly see me, and a plan that felt like it was made for me.

That’s what I offer now through my 1:1 consulting.

This isn’t coaching that piles on more tasks or tells you to just “push through.” It’s personalized, holistic support that meets you exactly where you are, emotionally, physically, and mentally, and gently helps you reconnect with the parts of you that got left behind.

Through our session, I’ll help you understand what your mind, body, and heart are really asking for, and together we’ll create a wellness plan that works with your life, not against it.

After our session, you’ll receive a custom Holistic Wellness Guide based on your unique emotional, mental, and physical patterns, filled with gentle steps to help you realign over the next 6 months, in a way that feels sustainable, not overwhelming.
