The Art of Reclaiming Your Story
Awareness, Support, and Healing for Survivors of Domestic Violence
An empowering event designed for survivors or those currently experiencing domestic violence. You are not alone, together, we’ll create space for
clarity, support, and a path forward.
Domestic violence can make you feel isolated, confused, and powerless. Survivors are often told to “be strong,” but the truth is, healing isn’t about pretending you’re unbreakable. Healing helps you in finding your voice, your power, and your support system.
You don’t have to go through this alone.

Awareness
Our time together begins in a space rooted in safety and understanding. After a warm welcome from Haven Wellness Studio, Lauryn, a Domestic Violence Response Coordinator, will guide you through a powerful conversation on identifying abuse, building a safety plan, and accessing resources that offer light and direction on the path to healing.
-
Hope
From there, you’ll hear the voice of a survivor, an untold story of courage, resilience, and healing. Her testimony is living proof that leaving is possible and that recovery is real. This moment shifts the room from information to inspiration, planting seeds of strength and possibility.
-
Connection
Finally, the room opens into warmth and belonging. Over food and drinks, walls begin to fall, and conversations turn into community. Here, women connect, share, and see one another fully, reminded that healing happens not in isolation, but together.
Haven Wellness Studio is here to host, hold space, and connect you with resources.
