Release The Tension ~
That’s why we created The Deep Exhale.
A unique combination of yoga, sound therapy, journaling, and refreshing touches designed to release stress and restore calm.
Every detail is designed to help you exhale.
Here’s what you can expect:
-
Journaling for Clarity
We will begin each session with a guided prompt to set intentions for the class. Allowing your flow to feel more intentional and relieving.
-
Yoga for Release
Next we’ll flow into gentle yoga guided by Taylor, releasing tension where it hides most, hips, shoulders, and back. With each movement and breath, stress softens and the body finds ease.
-
Eucalyptus Towels
At the end of the flow, we’ll place eucalyptus-infused towels gently over your eyes, inviting deep relaxation. With each cooling breath, eucalyptus calms stress, clears the mind, and softens the body into release.
-
Sound Bath Healing
To close, you’ll sink into stillness as the sound bowls surround you with gentle vibrations. Their soothing tones wash through the body, dissolving the last layers of tension and leaving you grounded, calm, and renewed.
Imagine leaving with a clear mind and calm body
When stress controls your day, it impacts everything: your health, your focus, your relationships. The Deep Exhale helps you reset so you can return to life with clarity, calm, and renewed energy.
Meet Your Instructor
FlowithT was founded by Arizona native and mom, Taylor Dominguez, who, drawing from her extensive background in sports, dance, and yoga, established the company as an outlet for self-expression through movement.
After deepening her personal yoga practice and earning a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2020, Taylor expanded her expertise to include children's yoga in 2022 and later prenatal yoga, driven by a desire to share the practice's benefits with younger generations and fellow mothers.
Her sessions thoughtfully integrate music, vinyasa-inspired movement practices, along with sound healing, reflecting her belief in yoga's capacity to bring wholeness to the mind, body, and spirit, emphasizing the importance of finding the flow between surrender and discipline to intentionally move the body and radiate well-being.
Stress doesn’t have to be your normal.
Join us for Deep Exhale and give yourself the gift of relief, clarity, and calm.
