Journal Prompts

Identify Stressors:
- What are the main things currently stressing me out?
- How do I feel when I think about these stressors?
- What is within my control, and what isn’t? How can I release the need to control what I can’t?

Body Awareness:
- Where in my body do I feel tension right now? (Shoulders, stomach, jaw, etc.)
- What are three things I can do right now to release tension from that area of my body?
- How does my body feel after a deep breath? Where do I still feel tightness?

Releasing Negative Thoughts:
- Write down the most pressing thought or worry you’re holding onto. Now, write the opposite of that thought, something positive you can believe.
- If my stress could speak, what would it say? What would I want to say back to it?

Gratitude for Stress Relief:
- List three things in your life that bring you peace or joy, even on hard days.
- What is one small thing I can be thankful for today, no matter how insignificant it may seem?

Founder
Jessica Corbin, the heart behind Haven Wellness Studio, is a woman who knows firsthand what it means to carry the weight of the world while longing for a space to simply breathe. After years of navigating anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm, Jessica found healing through yoga, journaling, somatic work, and deep self-reflection. Her personal transformation ignited a passion to help other high-functioning women discover the same sense of release, restoration, and self-connection.
A certified Holistic Health Practitioner with a background in marketing, Jessica brings both strategy and soul to Haven. She is dedicated to holding sacred space for women’s healing, offering personalized, trauma-informed wellness experiences that meet each woman exactly where she is. Through Haven, she empowers women to reclaim their rest, reconnect with their bodies, and rise with renewed purpose.
Outside of Haven, Jessica cherishes time with her husband, her dogs, and her close-knit family—especially her nieces and nephews, who inspire her nurturing spirit. She loves weekend getaways, hiking, camping, and finding stillness in nature. You’ll often find her laughing with her girlfriends, doing some sort of physical activity, or making vision boards. Jessica’s life is a balance of connection, intention, and sacred rest—the very essence she brings into everything Haven represents

Unlike other wellness spaces that focus on surface-level relaxation or one-size-fits-all classes, we guide each woman through a restorative journey rooted in personal connection, emotional safety, and sacred transformation.
