Led by abstract artist Aimee, who turned her battle with perfectionism into a practice of freedom and self-trust, this experience invites you to let go of the pressure to create something perfect and instead, create something true.
Through breathwork, journaling, and abstract painting, we’ll explore how perfectionism holds us back and what it feels like to express yourself without judgment, pressure, or fear. This isn’t about making “good” art. It’s about making honest art.
It’s about letting it be messy, raw, imperfect, and still worthy.

All painting materials will be provided, and you’ll go home with your own personal piece: a reflection of your freedom and self-expression. Light snacks and drinks will be served to help you stay grounded and nourished throughout the journey.
